Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Climb - Biloxi, MS 2026

The race.

The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Climb takes place September 12, 2026, in Biloxi, MS, featuring a 5K distance (3.1 miles) and a stair climb. Participants may run or walk. The event honors those lost on September 11, 2001, and supports first responders and military. Children under 12 run free; registration is available online and on race day for an additional $15 fee. Packet pickup occurs at Margaritaville Resort Biloxi before the event and on race day at the Marina parking lot starting at 11:00 AM. The 5K is timed for runners with chipped bibs; walkers are not timed. Awards are given for male and female age brackets, fastest overall runner, first firefighter in gear, first law enforcement officer in uniform, and other categories including largest group and biggest fundraiser. Water stations are available along the route and at the finish line.
