Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk - Delaware Beaches 2026

The race.

The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk takes place November 14, 2026, in Lewes, Delaware. Participants can run or walk the 5K distance (approximately 3.1 miles). Early packet pickup is available Friday, November 13 from 4–6 p.m. at the Residence Inn Rehoboth Beach, with additional pickup on race morning at 7 a.m. near the start/finish line. Same-day registration opens at 7:15 a.m., though t-shirt availability may be limited for day-of registrations. Water stations serve the course and start/finish area. Event proceeds benefit the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which supports first responders and military personnel.
