Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk - Hendersonville, TN 2026

The race.

The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk takes place October 17, 2026, in Hendersonville, TN. Participants can run or walk the 5K distance (3.1 miles). Online registration remains open through the start of the event, with day-of registration available; however, shirts are not guaranteed for late registrants. Water stations will be positioned along the course and at the finish location. Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted. Awards will be offered, with faster runners (sub-6 minute/mile pace) invited to seed in the front corral. The event benefits the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, which supports first responders and military members; participants may create fundraising pages and solicit donations for six weeks following the race.
