Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk - Loudon, TN 2026

The race.

The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk takes place September 12, 2026, in Loudon, TN. Participants can run or walk the 5K distance to honor first responders and remember those lost on September 11, 2001. Packet pickup occurs at the Loudon Fire & Police Department Training Room (100 Cedar Street) on Friday, September 11 from 4–6 pm and Saturday, September 12 from 7–8:30 am; day-of registration opens at 7 am. Water stations are positioned along the route and at the finish line. Bibs must be worn on the front of your outer garment. Strollers, walkers, wheelchairs, and leashed dogs are permitted. Awards are provided, with some recognizing participants running in firefighter, police, or military gear.
