Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk - McDonough, GA 2026

The race.

The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk takes place September 12, 2026, in McDonough, GA, starting at the McDonough Police Department (50 Lawrenceville Street) with parking available at the adjacent parking deck. Participants can run or walk the 5K distance, and a non-timed adult category is offered. Packet pickup is available at NewSole Running (20 Macon Street) from 10:30 AM to 6 PM, or on race day starting at 7:00 AM. Finishers receive t-shirts, and awards are given with special recognition for first responders and military participants. Water stations are located on the course and at the start/finish line. The event supports the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation, honoring first responders and those lost on September 11, 2001.
