The race.

The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk takes place September 12, 2026, in Harrison Township, Michigan. Participants can run or walk a 5K distance (approximately 3.1 miles), with a 1.2-mile trail option also available. Early packet pickup is scheduled for Thursday, September 10, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Texas Roadhouse in Sterling Heights. Day-of registration opens the morning of the event, though participants registering late may not receive a race shirt or guaranteed sizes. The event is timed for all participants. Water stations will be positioned along the course and at the start/finish line. Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted. At least 75% of registration fees support Tunnel to Towers Foundation programs benefiting first responders and military personnel.
