About the race
The race.
The Tunnel to Towers 5K Run & Walk in Vero Beach honors first responders and military personnel. Participants can run or walk the 5K distance on September 5, 2026. Packet pickup is available at Fire Station 2 (3301 Bridge Plaza Dr) on Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with day-of registration starting at 6:15 a.m. Water stations will be positioned along the route and at the finish. Finishers receive a shirt, and awards are available. Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted on the course.
