YMCA Bethesda-Chevy Chase and the Bethesda Chevy Chase Rotary are proud to invite you to the 44th Annual Turkey Chase Charity Race! Join the thousands of participants from Bethesda, Chevy Chase, and worldwide who’ve raised millions of dollars for kids in our community! Run, Walk, Swim, or Bike! - Whether you want to participate in person or virtually, everyone can be a part of this 40+ year community tradition!

Help us celebrate our 175th anniversary by becoming one of 175 champions committed to raising $175 for local kids and families (that's asking 5 friends to give $35!). Start a social media fundraiser, rally your friends and family, and make a lasting impact through YMCA programs that provide safe spaces, caring mentors, and opportunities for every child to thrive.

History of the Turkey Chase

The Turkey Chase Charity Run originated in 1982 in partnership with the YMCA Bethesda Chevy Chase and Bethesda Chevy Chase Rotary. This year’s Turkey Chase Charity Run will benefit more youth and families in the metropolitan area. The Y’s Turkey Chase is one of the largest 10K's in the metropolitan area and the largest fundraiser for the YMCA and Rotary.

Packet Pickup

All race bibs and t-shirts will be picked up at the YMCA Bethesda Chevy Chase - 9401 Old Georgetown Road Bethesda, MD 20814.

11/24 Tuesday: 3:00PM to 8:00PM 11/25 Wednesday: 10:00AM to 8:00PM 11/26 Thursday: 6:30AM to 8:45AM

NO PAPER registration on-site. You will need to register using the online registration link. Online registration will remain open until the race starts.

Race Day Schedule

6:30AM: Packet Pickup opens 8:30AM: 10K Run starts 8:45AM: Packet Pickup closes 9:00AM: 2 Mile Walk/Run starts 10:00AM: 10K Awards
