The race.
The Turkey Shuffle takes place November 29, 2026, at River Side Trail Head in Fort Worth, Texas. Runners can choose from four distances: a 50-meter Kids Dash for children 10 and under, a 1-mile run, a 3.11-mile course, and a 6.22-mile trek. All finishers receive a medal and shirt. Age group awards are presented, and a costume contest with a "Biggest Turkey" trophy is featured. Finishers receive snacks and refreshments at the race rally tent. Water aid stations are positioned on the course.
