The race.
The Turkey Trek takes place November 21, 2026, at Long Lake Regional Park in Arvada, Colorado. Participants can choose from five distances: a half marathon (13.1 miles), 10K, 5K, 2K, or volunteer. The course features multiple challenges, including an uphill climb to a summit at the 3-mile mark with an optional eggnog chug, hay bales along a straightaway, and a pumpkin pie challenge one kilometer before the finish. Half marathon finishers receive a commemorative mug.
