About the race
The race.
The LUM Turkey Trot 5K takes place on November 26, 2026, in West Lafayette, Indiana, starting and finishing at the Connection Point Church. The 5K course follows the flat, paved Cattail Trail Loop through the Celery Bog nature area. The event welcomes runners and walkers of all ages, as well as dogs, strollers, wagons, and participants in costume. T-shirts are available for those who register by November 17, while supplies last. All proceeds benefit Lafayette Urban Ministry.
