The race.
The Turkey Trot 5K & 1K Gobble Kids Run takes place on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026, in Little Elm, Texas. Participants can register for a timed 5K, an untimed 1K Fun Run, or a virtual run option. The 5K welcomes runners, walkers, and trotters of all ages. Youth short-sleeved t-shirts are provided to participants. Pumpkin spice donuts are available at the finish line. Proceeds benefit local pet adoption.
