The race.
The University Place Twisted Cider 5K, 12K & 1K takes place July 25, 2026, in University Place, Washington, organized by the Tacoma City Marathon Association. All distances start and finish at Curran Apple Orchard Park. The 5K and 12K courses loop through University Place neighborhoods, while the Kids 1K follows an out-and-back route along Sound View Drive. The Kids 1K is open to children 12 and under; parents may run with their children without registering. Post-race snacks are provided at the park.
