About the race
The race.
The Veterans Backyard Bash takes place September 4–5, 2026, at Waupaca County Fairgrounds in Weyauwega, Wisconsin. Runners can choose between 5K and 10K distances. Friday evening features live music, food trucks, and raffles starting at 5 p.m. Saturday includes all-day music and food, cornhole tournament, raffles, and fireworks at dusk. The event benefits a veterans fund.
