The race.

The Veterans Trail Festival presented by Flick Financial takes place November 7, 2026, in Hookstown, PA at Raccoon Creek State Park. Race distances include a 50K, 20 miles, 10K, 5K, and 1 mile. The 50K and 20-mile events start at 8:00 AM, while the 5K and 1-mile start at 9:00 AM. All races begin and end at the Recreation Hall. The 50K and 20-mile courses feature single-track terrain with rocks, roots, and hills, with five aid stations and ham radio tracking. The 5K and 1-mile are out-and-back routes with one water station. Age group awards go to top male and female finishers across seven categories (18 and under through 71+). Custom race bibs with names are available for registrations received by October 25. Post-race hospitality will be provided at the Recreation Hall. The event supports Outdoor Immersion, a 501(c)(3) veterans organization.
