The race.
Walk Like Woodie 2026 - Central takes place October 10, 2026, in Lafayette, Indiana, celebrating FIRST Robotics culture and core values. Participants can choose between a 5K or 6000m distance. Check-in runs from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. EST, with a kickoff speaker at 10:00 a.m. EST and the STEM Celebration Walk from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. EST. Registration is $45 per person and includes a shirt; children under 10 enter free. Group rates are available at $50 for four walkers and $120 for ten walkers. The event is held at Broad Ripple Park.
