Walk Run or Roll 5K 2026

The race.

The Walk Run or Roll 5K takes place on September 12, 2026, in Harrogate, Tennessee on the LMU campus. The 5K course begins at LMU park on Morris Lane, proceeds to Hamilton Way, follows the campus loop, and returns to the start/finish line. All participants receive a custom event t-shirt with registration and a participation medal upon completion. Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers overall, age category winners, group award recipients, and the best 80s-inspired running outfit. Water stations are positioned along the course and at the halfway point. The event supports food relief for families in the community.
