We Love Teachers 5K - Charleston 2026

The race.

The We Love Teachers 5K takes place on October 10, 2026, at Laurel Hill County Park in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, as part of a national day of movement across ten U.S. cities. The 5K race begins at 8:00 a.m., with registration and packet pickup from 7:00 to 7:55 a.m. All participants receive an official race shirt (distributed after the race), finisher medal, and chip-timed bib. Awards go to overall male and female winners plus top-three finishers in age categories spanning 14 and under through 60 and older, along with special awards for school spirit, fastest teacher, team champion, and best parent-child duo. The event supports educators and includes music, food, and prizes through 11:00 a.m.
