About the race
The race.
The WES Running Bee 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Fun Run takes place on November 15, 2026, at Wayne Elementary School in Wayne, PA. Participants can choose between a 5K run/walk or a 1 mile fun run. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m., with the 1 mile fun run starting at 8:30 a.m. and the 5K at 9:00 a.m., followed by an awards ceremony at 10:00 a.m. Entry fees are $25 for individuals, $15 for students, and $60 for families up to six members. Participants who register by October 23 receive a race t-shirt; those signing up in September receive an additional "Early Bee" headband. The course includes water stations along the route and refreshments at the finish line. Age-based awards are presented to top finishers. Race timing is provided by Bryn Mawr Racing Co., with results posted on the event website.
