The race.
The West Hill Turkey Trot takes place on November 26, 2026, in Schenectady, NY, featuring a 5K run and 1.5-mile walk option. The two-loop course starts and finishes on Terrace Road by the Activity Field, with bib pickup beginning at 9:00 AM and the race starting at 10:00 AM. Registration is free for West Hill residents (with a coupon code) and $15 for non-residents. Top three overall finishers and winners in each age group of the 5K receive awards. The event proceeds rain or shine, and strollers are welcome.
