The race.

Winchester Lakeside Triathlons take place September 19, 2026, in Winchester, Tennessee. The event features sprint triathlon and duathlon options as well as Olympic distance triathlon and duathlon races. Sprint triathlon includes a 300-yard swim, 13.5-mile bike, and 3.1-mile run. Olympic triathlon consists of a 1500-yard swim, 24.5-mile bike, and 6.2-mile run. Duathlon options replace the swim with a 1-mile run (sprint) or 3.1-mile run (Olympic). Athena, Clydesdale, aquabike, and relay divisions are available. Finishers receive medals. The race is USA Triathlon sanctioned.
