Winter Whirl – 5K, 10K, Half Marathon 2026

The race.

Winter Whirl offers five distances on December 19, 2026, in Fountain Valley, California. Runners can choose from a 5K, 10K, 15K, 10-mile, or half-marathon, with the half-marathon starting at 8:00 a.m. and the 5K and 10K beginning at 8:30 a.m. The out-and-back courses begin and finish at Mile Square Park in Parking Lot D. All finishers receive medals, and race bibs are required for time tracking and photo identification. Water stations and restrooms are positioned along the marked courses, which close at 11:10 a.m. Early bib pickup is available Friday at Sports Basement Orange County, with additional pickup Saturday morning starting at 7:30 a.m. Parking costs $5 per vehicle, with limited free street parking available.
