The Worcester Cinco (5)K takes place on May 3, 2026, in Worcester, MA, organized by Run Rhody. The 3.1-mile run/walk starts at 10 a.m., with a kids race (approximately 0.5 miles for ages 12 and under) starting at 9:30 a.m. A virtual option is also available. Awards include top-3 overall finishers, age-group winners (under 19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60–69, 70+), and top-3 boys and girls in the kids race; team awards are also given. Finishers receive medals if participating in the Greendale Physical Therapy Worcester Triple Crown series. The event supports El Buen Samaritano, a local nonprofit providing food, clothing, disaster relief, and community services.
