The Worlds Toughest Mile takes place on July 18, 2026, in Cody, Wyoming. Participants complete one mile by moving through four exercise stations: burpee broad jumps, lunges, bear crawls, and running, with flexible completion options including different ordering, shorter distances, or relay team formats. All entry fees benefit two local marathon runners—Marian Miears, running the 2026 NYC Marathon with Team for Kids, and Cathy Roes, running the 2027 Tokyo Marathon with the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition.
