The Worth the Weight Race takes place Saturday, August 8, 2026, in Johnstown, PA, offering a 1-mile kids fun run starting at 8 a.m. and 5K and 10K distances for adults beginning at 8:15 a.m. The event starts and finishes at 827 Diamond Blvd in Old Westmont, with on-site bathrooms available. Both race routes traverse the Old Westmont neighborhood and include the Inclined Plane. Finishers receive food, drinks, and music, with prizes awarded to top finishers in each category. Proceeds benefit the Worth the Weight Fund through the CFA Alleghenies.
