The race.
The YMCA Autumn Dash 5K takes place on September 19, 2026, in Shrewsbury, PA. The loop course begins and ends at the W. Dale Brougher Foundation YMCA, running through township roads, a senior-living campus, and a community park. Packet pickup is available Friday, September 18, from 2:00–7:00 pm and Saturday morning from 7:00–8:15 am at the YMCA.
