The race.

Your Heart Counts 5K takes place Saturday, October 3, 2026, at 8:00 AM in Blairsville, GA. The 5K course starts and finishes at Meeks Park (490 Meeks Park Rd.) and combines park paths with pavement and hard-pack gravel over gently rolling terrain. Pre-race packet pickup is Friday, October 2, from 1:00 to 6:00 PM at Union General Wellness Center (376 Deep South Farm Rd.). Race day registration opens at 6:45 AM and closes at 7:45 AM. All finishers receive a t-shirt, and awards are presented at 9:15 AM to top three overall finishers by gender, top male and female masters runners, and top three finishers in each of 16 age categories ranging from 10-under to 80 and over. Proceeds benefit cardiac health programs through Union General Health System.
