Zacks Place Thanksgiving Turkey Trot in-person and global 2026

The race.

The Zack's Place Thanksgiving Turkey Trot takes place on November 26, 2026, in Woodstock, Vermont, as both an in-person and global event. The 3.1-mile course starts at Woodstock Elementary School at 10:00 a.m. and winds through the historic village, past Billings Farm and Mountain Avenue, before returning to the starting point. Race packet pickup occurs on the day of the event from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Woodstock Elementary School, with on-site registration from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m. Participants receive medals at an awards ceremony following the race, with refreshments and live music provided. All proceeds benefit Zack's Place programs. Pets are not permitted at the event.
