Applying

You can apply to shoot races from the photographers page. It is a short application, and the goal is to get you to your first paid race rather than a long onboarding.

Getting your first race

Start with one race. You can be invited to an event by a race director, or pick up a race that needs coverage near you. Once you are assigned, you shoot the event and upload your photos. On a race you are assigned, you have a guaranteed floor, typically between $200 and $700 depending on the event, and you keep 80% of what your photos sell for.

What happens after you apply

After you apply, your application is reviewed, usually within a couple of days, and you are let know when you are eligible. If you have questions while you wait, ask in the chat.
