Uploading a batch
Open Event uploads in your account menu, choose the race you are assigned to cover, pin where you are shooting, then upload the original JPEGs. You can also open the uploader from a shoot's deliverables with Open the uploader.
What makes a photo usable
PodiumBase may suggest likely runner matches from readable bibs and, where event, account, consent, age, and jurisdiction gates allow it, face matching. Clear shots work best, but missed and false matches remain possible. Photos need the original capture details intact, so upload the originals rather than screenshots or re-saved copies.
After you upload
Once uploaded, eligible photos go through matching, safety, consent, and publication checks. Photos that pass can appear in the race gallery for runners to find and buy; an upload by itself does not guarantee gallery publication. Your eligible earnings are tracked against completed sales.
