How club referrals work

Each run club gets a coupon code. When a club shares its code and a runner uses it to register for your race, that signup is credited to the club. It is a way to bring more registrations to your event through local clubs.

What it costs

On a club-referred signup you pay a 5% PodiumBase fee plus the club's share, which is negotiated per partnership. Both are added on top of the entry rather than taken out of it. You only pay for the registrations a club actually brings you, not signups you would have gotten anyway.

Getting set up or asking about a charge

To set up referrals for your event, or to ask about a specific charge or payout, ask in the chat and a teammate will follow up. These are handled by a person so we can look up your account.
