Contributing photos to a race
Add community photos through an event's contribution flow and return later to races you have contributed to.

Contribution is different from an assignment
The contribution flow lets a participant or community member add photos to an event that accepts them. It is not a paid photographer engagement and does not create an earnings agreement. Assigned photographers should follow their work brief and deliverables instead.
Start from the race
Open the event's contribution link, scan its event QR code, or use Contribute when the event page shows it. Sign in if prompted. Pick supported photos from the race and follow the upload steps.
Only upload media you are allowed to share. Avoid screenshots, unrelated images, sensitive documents, and anything that violates the event or platform rules.
What happens after upload?
The contribution flow checks required event context, including location rules where configured, before publishing eligible images to the gallery. An upload completing does not guarantee that every file will become public; unsupported, unrelated, or review-held media may not appear.
Keep the page open until the upload reports completion. If a file fails, retry that file rather than uploading the whole batch again.
Add more later
Open My account → Contribute. Races you previously contributed to appear with their contribution count and a link back to that event's uploader. A new account with no contribution history instead shows instructions to begin from a race or QR code.
Fix a problem
If the race is absent, return through its event contribution link first. If an uploaded photo should not be public, use the event's reporting controls or contact support with the event and image details. Do not upload a replacement as a way to request deletion.
