What is free

There is usually a free finish-line photo for each runner. You can view and keep that one at no cost.

What you can buy

Beyond the free shot, you can buy the rest of your photos. Most races offer single photos, an event pack of your shots from that race, and an all-event pass that gets you every photo of you from every photographer there. What is offered and the exact price vary by race, so check your race page or the WhatsApp chat for the details on your event.

How you pay

You can buy your photos from your race page or right in the WhatsApp chat. Payment is handled securely at checkout, and a receipt is emailed to you.

Refunds and wrong purchases

Refunds and anything that looks wrong with an order are handled by a person so we can look up your purchase. Ask in the chat and we will route it to the right teammate.
