I was shown someone else's photos

What should I do first?

Do not buy them, and tell us. Report the wrong match from the photo itself, or contact us with the race name and your bib number. A wrong match is a bug in our matching, not something you should pay to work around.

If you already bought a photo that turned out not to be you, tell us and we will refund it.

Why does this happen?

Two paths can put the wrong photo in front of you:

• A misread bib. The number on the bib was read wrong, so photos of the runner wearing the similar number were filed under yours.
• A weak face match. Face matching returns likenesses, and at the edges it is wrong, more often between people who look genuinely alike.

Neither means someone has access to your account. It means one photo was filed against the wrong runner.

Are my own photos visible to that person too?

A wrong match runs one way at a time. The photo was attached to the wrong runner, so the other runner's photo appeared for you. It does not give them your gallery, your account, or your purchases.

If you would rather not be findable by face at all, you can withdraw from selfie search at any time. See your selfie and your privacy.

What happens after I report it?

The match is removed so the photo stops appearing for you, and the photo goes back to the organizer to be re-checked. If it belongs to another runner it is filed to them.
