Finding a race to sponsor

Start in the sponsor marketplace

Open the sponsor marketplace. You can browse everything that is currently published or narrow the list by:

• Near: a city or region.
• Budget up to: the most you want to spend.
• Search: a race, club, or package name.
• Package type: photo, presenting, free photos, finish line, or series.

The available inventory changes as organizers publish packages. A search with no results does not mean PodiumBase is unavailable in that city; it means no matching package is currently listed.

Compare the package, not just the race

Open View package and check five things:

1. The race or organization selling it.
2. Whether the package is event-specific or ongoing.
3. The listed deliverables, such as photo placement or finish-line inventory.
4. Whether organizer approval is required.
5. The package price, PodiumBase fee, processing fee, and total due.

Reach estimates may be shared on request. Treat the written deliverables and package terms as the agreement; do not assume an impression count that is not stated.

If nothing fits

Clear a restrictive filter or widen the location first. If the market is still empty, use Notify me to register interest in the area or Request a package to describe the race, club, audience, and budget you want. A request is a lead for matching, not a reserved sponsorship.

Before you submit

Make sure the buyer has authority to accept the package terms and that the brand name and email are correct. You will need an account before the protected order and checkout steps.
