Paying for and tracking a sponsorship
Follow an approved sponsor order through checkout, activation, fulfillment, and its post-race report.

Open the sponsor order
Use the order link from your request or account. The order page shows a contract snapshot with the package price, total due, status, sponsor brand, buyer email, billing interval, and important dates.
The common status path is:
- Submitted — the request exists.
- Approved — the organizer accepted it.
- Checkout pending — payment still needs to finish.
- Paid — payment completed.
- Active — the sponsorship is being delivered.
- Fulfilled — the contracted work is complete.
An order can also be cancelled, expired, or refunded. The page status is the authority; returning from checkout does not by itself prove that payment succeeded.
Complete checkout
When checkout is available, review the total due and continue to the secure payment page. Finish payment there and return to PodiumBase. If you cancel, the order remains unpaid. If the return page is unclear, refresh the order and check its status before trying again so you do not create duplicate work.
Never send card details to the organizer or PodiumBase support.
What happens after payment
The organizer and PodiumBase use the paid order to fulfill the written deliverables. Supply any requested brand assets promptly and use the order ID when discussing the package. A paid order is not permission to substitute new deliverables; changes need agreement with the seller.
Read the performance report
Eligible paid, active, or fulfilled orders expose an ROI report. Each metric should identify its source and scope. For example, gallery views, tracked clicks, downloads, or placements measure different behavior and should not be added together as “reach.”
Use the report for what the package actually delivered. If a metric is absent, it was not necessarily tracked for that inventory. Ask the organizer about the contracted deliverable rather than inferring a number.
Get help
For an order problem, share the order ID, current status, and what you expected to happen. Do not share payment credentials or private card information.
