Review the package page

From the sponsor marketplace, open a package. The page identifies the seller, any associated race, dates and location when present, package type, deliverables, billing interval, and price.

Read the full terms before continuing. A package can cover a single event or an organization, and it can be one-time, monthly, or annual. Those are different commitments even when the headline placement looks similar.

Sign in and submit

If you are not signed in, the request control sends you to sign in and returns you to the package. Confirm the sponsor brand, buyer email, and any information the organizer requested, accept the package terms, and submit.

Submitting creates a sponsor order. It does not always charge you immediately:

  • Approval required: the order waits for the organizer to approve it before checkout becomes available.
  • Available now: the order can move directly toward checkout if the package permits it.

Do not send a second request because the first one says Submitted. Open the existing order and wait for its status to change.

Understand the money shown

The order separates the package price, PodiumBase fee, processing fee, and total due. The total due is the amount the checkout will collect. Review it before accepting the terms.

If the request is declined or expires

A declined, cancelled, or expired order cannot be paid. Return to the marketplace and choose another package, or use the package-request form if you need a different scope. If the order status looks wrong, contact support with the order ID shown on the order page; do not include card details.
