How to get your race photographed
How to list your event and choose how photo coverage is funded.

Listing your event
Start by claiming or listing your race so it is set up for photo coverage. You can do this from the race directors page, or ask a teammate to help get your event added.
Choosing how coverage is funded
There is no retainer. You can rely on free community uploads, where runners and spectators add the shots they took, or use a payment-backed assignment so there is a photographer on course. Eligible photographer sale earnings count toward the guaranteed minimum. As an example, if the minimum is $345 and eligible photographer earnings are $260 after completed coverage, the settlement top-up is $85; where Professional Booking terms apply, the disclosed 10% fee on that top-up is another $8.50.
Inviting your own photographers
If you have photographers already, invite them by email and they are assigned to your event. They work alongside PodiumBase coverage rather than being replaced by it.
See how coverage works for organizers on the race directors page.
