Reviewing flagged photos
See photos that people flagged and decide each one, with a note and an audit trail.

Find flagged photos
Open your event and go to the Disputes tab. This is where photos that someone flagged show up, whether the flag came from an athlete, a spectator, you, or an admin. You can filter by status, such as open or resolved, and by who raised the flag, so you can work through the open ones first.
Decide a flag
Open a flagged photo to see why it was raised. You have two outcomes:
- Uphold: you agree with the flag.
- Overturn: you disagree and the photo stays as is.
Either way you add a resolution note, so there is a clear record of why you decided as you did. Every decision is logged.
Raise one yourself
If you spot a problem photo, you can raise a flag on it yourself from the same console. Working through flags promptly keeps your gallery clean and your runners confident in what they see.
Review flags from your organization admin.
