What a bundle is
A bundle is a pass runners buy once to get a set of photos, rather than paying per image. Bundles are an easy way to lift what each runner spends while giving them a better deal.
Create and activate a bundle
Open your event and go to the Bundles tab. Give the bundle a name that runners will see and set a price. It saves as a draft first, then you click Activate to put it on sale. You can disable a bundle later if you need to, with a short reason for your records.
The kinds of bundle
There are a few kinds to choose from:
- All event pass: eligible published photos of one runner included in the pass. This is the main pass runners buy.
- Whole gallery pass: eligible published photos included from the event for someone who wants the full set.
- Pre-sale pass: offered at registration so runners lock in their photos early. This one goes with taking registration on PodiumBase.
Set the price to match your race and audience. If you want advice on pricing or which bundles to run, ask in the chat.
Set your bundles up in your organization admin. Platform pricing is on the pricing page.
