What is the event flyer?

A ready-made promotional image built from your event's own details and branding, generated from your event admin. No design tool, no waiting on a volunteer with Photoshop.

It picks up your event name, date, and organization branding, so it stays correct as long as those are. If you change your event date, regenerate it.

Where should I use it?

Where a link does not render well but an image does:

  • Instagram and Facebook posts, where a bare URL is dead weight.
  • A club WhatsApp or Slack group.
  • Print, for a shop window or a race-packet insert.

It is not a replacement for your race page. The flyer is the hook; the race page is where someone registers, so always post the link alongside it.

When is it worth posting?

Three moments earn their keep:

  1. Registration opening, with the early-bird deadline visible.
  2. Two weeks before the early-bird price ends.
  3. When photos go live afterwards, which is the one most organizers miss and the one that sells next year's entries.

Should I set my branding first?

Yes. The flyer inherits your organization branding, so set your logo and colors before you generate anything. See your organization branding.
