Where billing lives

From your organization admin, open Billing. This is your organization's money settings, separate from the payout setup covered in Getting paid with Stripe. You need to be an organization admin to open it.

Add a payment method

In the Payment method section you can add a card on file through Stripe. If it is not set up yet you will see Finish setup, and once a card is saved you can Manage on Stripe.

Connect Stripe to get paid

The registration and getting-paid section shows your Stripe Connect status. If you have not connected yet, follow the setup link to onboard so your earnings can reach your bank. Once connected it shows as connected.

See your commission

The platform commission section gives you a year-to-date, informational summary of PodiumBase's commission on your sales. It is a read-only view so you can keep an eye on the numbers.

Hosting your galleries is free, so there are no plans to choose between and no invoices to manage here. If you have a billing question, ask in the chat and a teammate will look into it with you.
