Finisher certificate availability
How finisher-certificate issuance and availability work.

Current availability
Importing or locking race results alone does not guarantee a finisher certificate. Certificate issuance is a separate, gated process: rendering must be enabled and the athlete must meet the eligibility checks. If a certificate has already been issued for your race, it may be available to download from Media in your account. Do not rely on a certificate-ready email; check Media for an issued certificate.
Claim your photos
You can still claim your race photos and find them in your account. Claiming photos does not issue or unlock a finisher certificate.
Download an issued certificate
Next step
Check Media in your account for a certificate that has been issued and is available to download. If it is not listed there, it is not currently available to download.
