The 12-hour race runs 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM EDT; the 6-hour race runs 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM EDT. Priority coverage locations confirmed by the race director are the beach start and finish, Tate Boat Ramp for the paddling segment, and East Fork South Trailhead for mountain-bike coverage. This is a permitted race and photographers are allowed. The opportunity includes a $100 guaranteed minimum. The photographer also receives 60% of eligible digital photo sales and 80% of net print revenue after production costs; eligible photographer photo earnings count toward the guaranteed minimum and the organizer covers any remaining shortfall. Upload original JPEG files with capture-time metadata intact. The organizer has authorized a read-only RunSignup participant import and will provide results after the race.
