This 12th annual 5K run and walk takes place on Saturday, August 22, 2026, in Kearny, NJ, starting at 9:00 a.m. Registration and sign-in begin at 8:00 a.m. at VFW Post #1302, located at 300 Belgrove Drive. Proceeds benefit the SSG Jorge Oliveira & Edward Karolasz Scholarship Fund, which awards scholarships to graduating seniors from Kearny High School.
