The race.

The 1st Annual Ostomy 5K takes place on October 3, 2026, in Portland, Oregon at Laurelhurst Park. This 5K benefits United Ostomy Associations of America (UOAA), a nonprofit organization providing education, advocacy, and support to the ostomy community. Participants can create or join race groups and teams. Fundraisers raising $150 or more receive a refunded registration fee, with additional awards for those reaching $250 and $450 fundraising levels. A referral program offers $20 registration refunds for every five participants invited. Event insurance is available at registration.
