About the race
The race.
The Second Annual New England Ostomy 5K takes place on October 4, 2026, at Wallis Sands State Park in Rye Beach, New Hampshire, and benefits the United Ostomy Associations of America. The event features a single 5K distance with a timed run starting at 10:00 AM, along with a kids' fun run at 11:00 AM. Registration and packet pickup begin at 8:30 AM on race day. All participants receive a unisex T-shirt and bib with registration. Awards are presented to top finishers in Open and Ostomate categories. The family-friendly event also includes a raffle, kids' activity table, and refreshments available throughout the morning.
