36TH LAST BLAST PREDICTION 5K 2026

The race.

The 36th Last Blast Prediction 5K takes place on September 5, 2026, in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, hosted by the Seashore Striders. The race starts at 7:30 a.m. at Grove Park and follows an out-and-back course toward North Shores. Participants compete in a 3.1-mile distance with a unique format: runners predict their finish time during registration, and awards go to the top 20 finishers closest to their prediction. Registration fees are $30 for early bird (through August 23), $35 for pre-race (August 14–September 4), and $40 on race day (6:30–7:20 a.m.). Finishers who pre-register receive swag, and a post-race awards ceremony recognizes overall male and female champions. Event proceeds benefit the Seashore Strider Youth Programs.
