9th Annual OutRun Hunger 5K 2026

The race.

The 9th Annual OutRun Hunger 5K takes place October 3, 2026, in Richmond, TX, and benefits East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry. The 5K course is professionally timed and welcomes runners, walkers, and stroller users of all ages. Finisher medals are awarded to all participants, with additional prize medals for the top three male and female finishers in each age group, including categories from 17 and under through 80 and older. Participants receive one swag bag per family while supplies last, and t-shirts are guaranteed for registrations completed by September 11. The event features an after-party with a bounce house, face painting, vendor booths, and photo opportunities. One hundred percent of proceeds support the ministry's food and emergency assistance programs.
