ADFK 5k Trick or Trot! 2026

The race.

ADFK Trick or Trot takes place on Halloween 2026 at Riverfront City Park in Salem, Oregon. The event features a 5K fun run and walk that is not timed, allowing participants to run, walk, or stroller-push at their own pace with no requirement to finish. All proceeds benefit Acorn Kids International Charities, which supports children in Kenya, and Every Child Oregon, which assists children and families affected by foster care. Costumes are encouraged for runners and dogs alike. Participants can pick up event shirts near the starting line on race day; preferred parking is available at the Water Street NE lot with additional parking in front of the carousel.
